Google’s My Maps

Well Google has done it again; leading the way in the Web2.0 generation. ‘My Maps‘ is a new feature offered by Google which enable users to create maps and relate it with files the user can define. The creator can have a virtual photo-mapping page for personal viewing or share it to the public.

  • Mark your favorite places on your map.
  • Draw lines and shapes to highlight paths and areas.
  • Add your own text, photos, and videos.
  • Publish your map to the web.
  • Share your map with friends and family.
