Optimus OLED Keyboard With Customizable Layout

Posted on 2007, March 27. Filed under: Disability, Technology |

This new keyboard uses Optimus OLED to display the keys and can be configurable to specific applications the user may use. The technology can be used to program different functions the user need to operate the computer. I imagine that a small speaker could be hook up to the keyboard and with a predefine layout can audible when press; this setup could assist people with disability who have speech impairments. Doctor Stephen Hawking uses such similar keyboard technology.
